We’re taught not to judge a book by its cover. But oftentimes, a buyer will decide in less than a few seconds if they want to make an offer on your home based solely on the exterior appearance. Because curb appeal plays such a significant role in a successful sale, it’s important to see your home from a buyer’s perspective. Even simple cosmetic touches could have a substantial impact on getting the price you want.
As any of our clients would tell you, Kevin (aka “The Geek”) takes a hands-on approach to the work of finding your ideal home. But sometimes I worry that he’s having too much fun, like when he recently cleared this big tree!

Why wait around for a landscape contractor on a calendar when you can get some early prep work done and have fun while you do it? Pearl does her best to remind me to be careful, and I try to listen… most of the time.
