Introducing: Evergreen

Located in East San José, Evergreen has undergone an evolution from its agricultural past that is common to Santa Clara Valley neighborhoods. The area has experienced rapid development in the past few decades, which has led to multiple communities and private country clubs. It is generally bounded by Tully Road to the north, Capitol Expressway to the west, San Felipe Road to the south, and foothills to the east.

Joseph D. Grant County Park features trails overlooking the city skyline, and Brigadoon Park is a well-known attraction and home to popular cement slides. Visitors and locals enjoy shopping at nearby Eastridge Mall, golfing at The Ranch or The Villages, and airshows at Reid-Hillview Airport that hearken back to another part of Evergreen’s rich history...

Number Talk: Update from CA Realtors

California Association of Realtors 2020 President Jeanne Radsick recently addressed the impacts of the public health crisis on the real estate market:

As expected, California home sales experienced the worst month-to-month sales decline in more than four decades as the coronavirus pandemic kept both buyers and sellers on the sidelines. While some economic activity will resume as the state gradually reopens, the housing market is expected to remain sluggish for the next couple of months.
