Recently, this home sold at 6% over asking price — the highest sales price for a 2-bed/2-bath in the neighborhood in 2020. We received a total of 10 offers, and in the end, a very sweet couple with a young daughter made the final purchase.

We’d like to thank the sellers, who were very patient and great team players during the process. Thanks to the stager who presented the home so beautifully. Thanks to the photographer and videographer who helped create a wonderful website. Thanks to the buyer’s agent, who worked so seamlessly with us. And thanks to the home inspector, escrow officials, and everyone else who worked behind the curtain to make this sale happen.

It’s a pleasure and a privilege to have this amazing team, and we feel very blessed.
