We're in this together!

These days, it’s easy to see that we have a lot of reasons to be grateful. So many people are struggling just to get by, and so many people have lost their loved ones, livelihoods, and homes because of the pandemic, wildfires, and other disasters. For those who are suffering, the tiniest gift can be a lifeline, and even a moment of joy can be a reason to celebrate.

So much of our industry revolves around the idea of luxury. But there is no one definition of luxury. It’s different for all of us, and it’s all tied to our perspective and experiences. A luxurious home for one person could be a small cottage to the next person. Our role is to understand this and listen closely to our clients when assessing their needs.

With so much uncertainty in the world right now, the greatest luxury of all may be having someone in your corner who can guide you through the home buying or selling process and help you find exactly what you’re looking for without a lot of fuss.

That’s how we roll, and we’re always ready to talk! - Pearl & Kevin

Small Business Gratitude

As social distancing continues to keep us at home, millions of small businesses are feeling the effects of empty storefronts, tables, and offices, and they’re rightly worried about the future. But there’s still hope. Many businesses are getting creative and taking their offerings online, and we can step up to help! By celebrating small businesses, ordering out, and buying local instead of from Amazon, we can make it through these challenging times together. If you want to help Silicon Valley small businesses, please visit siliconvalleystrong.org.
