Teamwork Gratitude
/Recently, this home sold at 6% over asking price — the highest sales price for a 2-bed/2-bath in the neighborhood in 2020. We received a total of 10 offers, and in the end, a very sweet couple with a young daughter made the final purchase.
We’d like to thank the sellers, who were very patient and great team players during the process. Thanks to the stager who presented the home so beautifully. Thanks to the photographer and videographer who helped create a wonderful website. Thanks to the buyer’s agent, who worked so seamlessly with us. And thanks to the home inspector, escrow officials, and everyone else who worked behind the curtain to make this sale happen.
It’s a pleasure and a privilege to have this amazing team, and we feel very blessed.
A Healthy Gratitude
/As the name suggests, Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for the good things in life. What are you most thankful for? On top of our list: Good health; Healthy family and friends; and Health insurance. Yes, it’s all about health, especially right now. We are so grateful to be healthy and surrounded by a healthy community.
Thank you for wearing a mask, washing your hands, and respecting social distance!
Saluting Our Veterans
/We are so grateful to veterans of the U.S. armed forces for their brave service to our country in the name of freedom. These heroes are our loved ones, friends, colleagues, and neighbors, and we honor them today – and every day.
Friday Gratitude: Protecting the Planet
/The other day, I received this photo from a friend in Colorado. He was flying high above us, and my first impression was the breathtaking view. But then I saw the smoke rising from wildfires and collecting in the sky, and I remembered that living on Earth is a true blessing. We owe it to our planet to take good care of her. I am so grateful that my friends and family are safe during the fires. We hope you are staying safe, too!
